How long does my order take to ship?

It honestly depends, if its a soap that’s already made and you are buying it off the website than it will ship within 3-5 days (usually less since I do this out of my own home). If its a custom made soap though, it will be a bit longer for those as I will have to make it from scratch, which for the full process it takes about 1 month for the soap to fully harden and be ready to be used. So probably about a month and 3-5 days at that point.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not yet, but when I do, either you will have to pay shipping, or it will have to be a big enough order to cover the costs. If you are from a different country and interested in buying, contact me at randioLLC@gmail.com and we can see about doing a custom shipment for you.

Terms of Service

The properties, such as brand name and soap names, on this website are owned by Randio LLC. Any users who attempt to steal or use the properties without permission are committing copyright and may be banned from use of services. Additionally Randio LLC is not liable for any problems with the site itself such as broken links or web pages not loading in correctly. Finally Randio LLC has been established and is operated in Michigan and will be complying to Michigan and United States Law for Commerce.

Sales Tax

Simply put, the sales tax will usually be based off of where ever you are buying from and that state or countries local laws for E Commerce. It will show in the final sale section. Otherwise you will be charged Michigan's sales tax rate of 6%.

Data Privacy

Only what's needed will be collected such as emails if you, the consumer opt in for them; addresses and names for shipping purposes and so on. Cookies are based off of Squarespace and the GDPR regulations. 

Soap origin

By purchasing any product from Randio LLC you acknowledge that the soap was made in a kitchen at their house, and thusly acknowledge and accept that cross-contamination is possible due to that fact. By using the product you agree that Randio LLC is not responsible for cross contamination resulting from the workspace, IE the kitchen in which it is made or the storage space that is used. 

Custom Orders

Custom orders may not be returned as they are customized to you and your skin type specifically. 

Returns

If the soap doesn’t work for you contact me at randiollc@gmail.com. Because it is soap I will not be able to issue a refund, HOWEVER I can work on making a soap more suitable for your skin.
